WE HAVE A PLAN!!! - ESDA Strategic Plan 2019\/2023 -<\/strong><\/p>\n

That's right: the ESDA community is in the middle of a planning process.<\/p>\n

Basically, we intend to provide our beloved School with a long-term plan that will contribute to making our performance as an institution more efficient as well as enhancing what we do well and improving on our weaknesses.<\/p>\n

All of this, bearing in mind where we come from, as our colleague Jos\u00e9 Ch\u00e1vez rightly says, \"An organisation without a past is like a chicken without a head\".<\/em><\/p>\n

To this end, last September members of the teaching, administration and services staff, the management team and the student body came together in 4 training sessions to develop what would be the \"diagnostic phase\" of our plan. What are our weaknesses? What are we good at? What could we improve? Questions such as these were analysed and debated in depth through workshops facilitated by an interdisciplinary team made up of Pilar Sopena (Interiors), Jos\u00e9 Ch\u00e1vez (Graphics) and Alejandro G\u00f3mez (Management).<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
