Written submissions should be addressed to the Head of External Relations at the ESDA Secretariat.<\/p>\n<p>-&nbsp;<strong>RESOLUTION OF THE FINAL LIST:<\/strong>&nbsp;The International Relations Commission will publish the final list on 21 January 2020.
