On Thursday 13th February, during the Projects IV class, we were visited by the students of the \"Kitchen Management\" degree from IES Miralbueno together with the teacher Luis Berzosa. During this visit we brought together students from both specialities to design a sweet snack related to the theme of the game or toy.<\/p>\n

To start the exercise, we showed them our way of working using the mind map tool to reflect those initial aspects that are interesting to start the work. After this first approach to the topic, the different groups worked with other creative techniques such as brainstorming or forced morphological relationships.<\/p>\n

With all the ideas generated, the different groups gave shape to a concept in which the product students resolved the formal issues and the cookery students the technical issues in terms of taste or method of preparation. Each of the concepts was then presented on a presentation panel, which they then showed to the rest of their classmates.<\/p>\n

We hope that these concepts on paper have been realised in the kitchen and that they have been as sweet as we have imagined them here.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
