A letter addressed to the Head of External Relations shall be lodged with the ESDA Secretariat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESOLUTION OF THE FINAL LIST:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The International Relations Commission will publish the final list on 21 January 2022.
