The initial talk was open to teachers and students, and addressed topics such as surveillance, materiality, ecology, culture and urgency.<\/p>\n<p>The subsequent workshop was for students only. In order to make the session run smoothly, there were only 48 places available, which were filled on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa\u00fcl Baeza<\/strong>&nbsp;is the person behind DOES WORK and professor at one of the leading design schools in Europe (Elisava), visiting professor at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.arts.ac.uk\/colleges\/central-saint-martins\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Central Saint Martins<\/a>&nbsp;and London College of Communication (UAL), RMIT UNiversity Melbourne, S\u00f3nar+D, Victoria and Albert Museum, and others. He is working on his doctoral thesis at Eindhoven University of Technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DOES is an agency<\/strong>&nbsp;design, research and consultancy that explores the potential of digital functionalities and identities at different scales and media. Formed by a team of designers and researchers, they work in the ever-changing material world in which our bodies constantly interact.
