They are vital and activists for freedom and diversity.<\/p>\n<p>The Fashion Design and Graphic Design students have generated these images by working on form, colour, volumetry and fashion editorial photography. This photographic exhibition pays homage to their energy and struggle.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionibercaja.es\/zaragoza\/exposicion-las-babylon-s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exhibition is framed within the context of the Arag\u00f3n Fashion Week 2022.<\/a><\/strong> and are on display in the Patio de la Infanta at Ibercaja during the 3rd week of June.<\/p>\n<p>The work has been carried out as an educational intervention practice in Social Design and Design for Social Innovation taught at the Escuela Superior de Dise\u00f1o de Arag\u00f3n (ESDA), which has recently become a member of DESIS (International Platform of Design Schools working on Design for Social Innovation).<\/p>\n<p>Artists portrayed: Myriam Star, Amaranta Benet, Marisa Aulaso, Lauanda McCartney, Alberto Navarro, Vannity Queen and David Arcusa.<\/p>\n<p>Authors: 1st and 3rd year students of Fashion Design, 3rd year students of Graphic Design at ESDA.<\/p>\n<p>Teachers in charge: Ana Gonz\u00e1lez, Eduardo Pardos, Cecilia Casas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/files\/ALTA_BABYLONS 100X150.pdf\/\">Babylon&#039;s Fashion Activism<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Babylon's are a collective of performance artists based in the San Pablo neighbourhood.
