The 3rd year Fashion Design students have attended several sessions in the César Labs at Etopía.
There they have been able to experiment with innovative materials, including developing cellulose sheets from kombucha tea, and creating bioplastic sheets from biodegradable natural components. They will use the materials developed to apply them to their own designs.
They have also experimented with laser engraving and cutting on different textile materials, and 3D printing.
