We would like to remind you that the scholarship management procedure has changed this academic year, so that students apply for a scholarship before enrolling and the Ministry of Education cross-checks the data with the Treasury from 16 July and in August, but the academic part of the scholarship is processed from October onwards as in previous years.
The application procedure is the same as in previous years: interested parties must generate the application through the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Education, by means of a previous registration if it is the first time they apply for a general grant from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.
As during the scholarship application period, students have not yet formalised their enrolment for the next academic year 2023-2024, they can enter in the scholarship application the details of the centre and educational level they wish to attend at the beginning and if the details are different after enrolment, they can modify these details in the scholarship application form during the period indicated by the Ministry of Education in September.
As in previous years, the Scholarship Office will send the model certificate and the list of scholarship applicants to each Centre at the beginning of October.
The deadline for submitting grant applications on the website of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training will begin on 27 March and end on 17 May inclusive.
