DEFENCE AND ORAL PRESENTATION

Location: Assembly Hall (Building in front of ESDA entrance)
Timetable: The exhibitions will start at 9 a.m. and are expected to finish at around 12.45 p.m. However, this will depend on the number of students taking part. No delays will be allowed. Exhibition time: The defence and presentation must be completed in no more than 10 minutes, the panel may interrupt the student if the stipulated time is exceeded.
Order of participation: Shifts will follow the order of the course list. Students must be present for their turn well in advance. The schedule may vary depending on the number of students who show up and the time they devote to their presentation.
Material: Students will be provided with a projection screen to accompany their defence. A laptop with Windows operating system will also be available. However, students are advised to bring their own computer equipment to avoid possible incompatibilities. In case of unforeseen circumstances, each student will record all the material necessary for the presentation on a memory stick.
Qualification: The defence and oral presentation will account for 20% of the mark, the remaining 80% will correspond to the final project. In order to obtain a pass mark, both the oral presentation and the final project must be graded with at least a five.
