DOCUMENTATION AND CONTENTS OF THE PRACTICAL PRE-PROJECT OF THE FINAL DEGREE PROJECT_INTERIOR DESIGN_2014/2015
Students of the Course of Adaptation to the Degree in Interior Design are obliged to present a Preliminary Project for their Final Degree Project, which will consist of at least the following documents:
WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION: INTRODUCTION.
Basic student data:
The student must make clear in this report his/her personal details, contact e-mail address, project director and the year and semester to which he/she belongs.
Project data:
Name of the project or slogan and its location.
Justification of the work
A justified description of the decisions taken, who or what this project is aimed at, a brief report analysing these issues, if it is for a specific character, the needs of the character, and an analysis of the needs or problems that arise depending on the use should be made.
This part ends with an outline of objectives, process and conclusions or intentions.
GRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION
A scaled and dimensioned plan of the space on which he/she is acting and, if possible, photographs of the current state, a floor plan/sketch and at least a note of the reformed state explaining the student's previous intentions based on point 1.3, explaining in a schematic way the distribution and the idea on which he/she is working. The graphic documentation shall be submitted in A3 format.
It is compulsory to include the name of the student, year, and name of the director of the assigned Final Degree Project, scale if applicable, as well as the TFG slogan on all the pages.
This preliminary project will be assessed as PASS or FAIL depending on the fulfilment of the minimum requirements set by the selection board.
For those students who have to make substantial modifications to their work, a second deadline will be set, which will be published at the time the evaluations are issued.
On 12 November, the director of the project will inform the supervisees of the assessment issued by the panel and, if applicable, of the modifications or guidelines to be followed in order to continue with the TFG.
