The proposed exercise is the design and assembly of the shop windows of different shops belonging to the Zaragoza Centro Shopkeepers' Association.
The organisation of the work and the programming have been based on the number of students, the time of the course, the number of 21 shops that have requested collaboration and taking into account the context of the commercial area of the historic centre of Zaragoza Esencial.
The exercise we have proposed consists of designing a communication that reaches the entire scope of Zaragoza Esencial, with the aim of boosting and increasing the sales of small local businesses. A single message that has been launched from the heart of the historic centre of Zaragoza and that wants to resonate throughout the city in support of small businesses.
The students have carried out:

Design of the claim: "It's time to bloom".

Design of 5 letterings and 5 posters size A2/A3

Design and assembly of the shop windows of 21 shops. Budget for materials: 2000 € / 21 = 95 € / shop.
The didactic objectives of this exercise have been to improve the learning of the contents and competences of the subject with real work, where the student develops professional competences in direct contact with the client, teamwork in the classroom, collaboration with other disciplines and the real implementation of the design; all of this with the practice of a project methodology based on Design Thinking with the continuous reiteration of the process throughout the different phases of the exercise, carrying out different specific work dynamics according to each of the stages of the process.
