DOCUMENTATION AND REGISTRATION


CALL DEADLINES 2025-26

APPLICATION: 

The deadline for applications will be 11 November 2024 and will close at 23:59 on 5 December 2024 (Thursday night to Friday) by filling in the published application form.

PROVISIONAL LIST RESOLUTION: 

The International Relations Commission will publish the provisional list on 8 January 2025.

> Provisional teaching staff scale

ALLEGATIONS: 

The deadline for the submission of allegations shall be 14:00 on 17 January 2025. A written request for review, together with supporting documentation, shall be submitted to the External Relations Headquarters.

RESOLUTION OF THE FINAL LIST: 

The International Relations Commission will publish the final list on 24 January 2025. Students will then proceed to choose their destinations. Communication and submission of documentation will be via Google Classroom.

RESIGNATION: 

In case of resignation from the Erasmus call, this must be submitted in writing to the Erasmus office, signing the resignation form at the Erasmus office before 10 February 2025.

EU countries and programme partners: Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Latvia, Malta.600 € /month
Group 3. Countries with lower living costsEU countries and programme partners: Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Turkey.550 € /month
